By participating in university research projects, we want to help develop methods to optimize energy management in Québec greenhouses.
With the brand-new experimental greenhouse at Hydro-Québec’s energy technology laboratory (LTE) in Shawinigan, we will also be able to test technologies that will improve the efficiency of using electricity for lighting and heating greenhouses.
